The Handbill Team is currently in the process of applying for patent and intellectual property rights for its innovations, including the Proof-of-Engagement (PoE) system.

These efforts are being directed to the appropriate institutions in Ghana, including the Registrar General's Department (RGD) and the Copyright Office of Ghana, responsible for intellectual property protection.

Our Goal

Our primary objective is to protect Handbill's unique business model and technological innovations in advertising and commerce, ensuring a secure environment for our partners and users.

Even if the patent or intellectual property rights are still pending or not yet approved, the ideas remain the intellectual property of the Handbill Team. Any individual, company, or organization that intends to replicate, implement, or commercialize these ideas must seek formal permission. Unauthorized use, duplication, or exploitation may result in legal action.
